iEngage Plays Hunt The Jew

You’ll remember that Inayat Bunglawala and his mates from the Islam Channel and Islamophobia-Watch were planning to launch an “Islamophobia Media Monitoring and Response Agency“, that they were planning to call “Blackstone”: a reference to a sacred meteorite in Mecca.

In the end, they settled on “Engage” - a name already in use by the the anti-racist, pro-two states campaign group Engage.

I’d doubt that was a mistake. Because Inayat Bunglawala - like most Islamists - is absolutely obsessed with Jews. Not Zionists and Zionism. But Jews.

If you’ve read Ed Husein’s book, The Islamist, you’ll know that he used to attend meetings with Inayat at which anti-semitism was the dish of the day. You will also remember that Inayat used to edit the pro-Islamic Republic of Iran, pro-Hamas Trends magazine, which contained regular doses of anti-semitism, including this beautiful snippet:

“The chairman of Carlton Communications is Michael Green of the Tribe of Judah. He has joined an elite club whose members include fellow Jews Michael Grade and Alan Yentob … [They are] close friends … so that’s what they mean by a ‘free media’.”

Nowadays, Inayat tries to keep a hat on his racism. But like most racists, he just can’t help himself - it keeps bubbling out. Recently, Inayat got rapped on the knuckles for breach of the principles of the Press Complaints Commission’s anti-discrimination provision.

And so, to today’s offering.

Most of you will know that LloydsTSB has stopped providing facilities, via the Islamic Bank of Britain, to Interpal. Interpal has been banned by a number of jurisdictions, which believe that it provides funding to Hamas projects. Lloyds TSB is not the first bank to withdraw services to Interpal.  Banks withdraw services for commercial, not ideological reasons: and the main reason that LloydsTSB will have closed these accounts will have been fear of exposure to litigation in the US, by the victims of terrorism, and fear of enforcement activity under anti-terrorism sanctions law.

You might think that it is unfair and cowardly that financial institutions act in this manner. But that’s how they think and act.

Not according to iEngage. They know precisely what LloydsTSB’s reason for declining to service Interpal.

You see, they’ve discovered that LloydsTSB’s chairman is a Jew:

The Chairman of Lloyds TSB is Sir Victor Blank. He happens to be Jewish and according to the Jewish Chronicle Sir Victor ‘is a former chair of the Union of Jewish Students Hillel, he is involved with Labour Friends of Israel, is a governor of Tel Aviv University and has also been brought on to the Jewish Leadership Council, meaning he is both Jewish and a leader…Yes, Sir Victor is one Jewish hombre.’

Well, we at ENGAGE are sure that Sir Victor Blank - as Chairman of Lloyds TSB - must be utterly horrified at the actions that some of his staff have undertaken against Interpal. After all, we are convinced that Sir Victor would not regard Palestinian orphans as being children of a lesser God.

Children of a lesser God?

They”re not talking about Mark Medoff’s award winning play about a school for the deaf.

What they mean is ‘we think that the Chairman of LloydsTSB has decided to punish Palestinian orphans for religious reasons: because he regards himself, as a Jew, as special to God, and others, as lesser beings”.

Google “Children of a lesser God” and “Jewish”, and you’ll see that the notorious anti-semite and Borat impersonator, “Israel Shamir” is the top hit.

Hold onto the references to Interpal and Israel Shamir, and come with me on a journey which leads not to Mornington Crescent, but in a loop back to ..Hunt the Jew:
Start with the HP post on Jews in Pews
http://www.hurryupharry.org/2008/11/26/jews-in-church/
The service at St James with reworked lyrics carolling the evils of Israel was reported here:
http://timescolumns.typepad.com/gledhill/2008/12/lightning-rod-f.html?cid=141048278#comments

In the comments on the times site, there is a link to
http://seismicshock.blogspot.com/2008/11/amos-trust-and-new-theological.html
Here we learn that Just peace on their site boast:
“These ‘alternative’ carols were composed by Just Peace UK after an idea from Rev. Garth Hewitt of the Amos Trust whose first stanza of ‘O Little Town of Bethlehem’ is being used here.”
seismic shock tells us firstly, that Garth Hewitt is reportedly related and closely associated with one Ibrahim Hewitt of Interpal. (The comments about this on this site are instructive.) As is his colleague at Amos trust, the Rev Sizer. Sizer’s theology is of the viciously antisemitic supersessionary school which after 2000 years of rhetoric fuelling Jewish persecution is thankfully largely on the wane among Christians today. But Sizer’s writings have, according to this link from seismic, attracted many far right admirers of the Judenhass school:
http://www.zionismontheweb.org/blogs/index.php?blog=9&p=367&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1
Where you find among these admirers..
“And then Israel Shamir, (alias Schmerlin, Robert David, Vassili Krasevsky and Jöran Jermas), so anti-Semitic that even Palestinians objected, also advertises a book by Sizer, and includes his site among a list of links – along with Holocaust revisionist sites, Jewish Tribal Review and an article from Aaargh.”

As the blogger there concludes:
“As I have said before, I suppose Sizer didn’t ask to be included in these rabidly anti-Semitic and White Supremacist sites, but perhaps he might ask himself why they like him so much. After all, he likes us to think that he is not anti-Semitic, merely anti-Zionist.”

Bunglawala was exposed as an antisemite and a Jihadist many years ago. The fact that he still has a place in British public affairs is a disgrace, any organisation he’s involved in will be tarnished by his antisemitism.

I bet Bungle doesn’t use the term ‘bacon snitcher’.

Some measure of this odious character, this one a little off topic on the matter of Jews, here in the Grauniad on a foreign leader calling for the murder of a British novelist ….

on February 14 1989, when the Iranian Islamic leader, Imam Khomeini delivered his fatwa calling for Salman Rushdie’s death, I was truly elated. It was a very welcome reminder that British Muslims did not have to regard themselves just as a small, vulnerable minority; they were part of a truly global and powerful movement. If we were not treated with respect then we were capable of forcing others to respect us.

I think it means that ‘while we will not do the torturing ourselves, we will understand the anger of the torturers.’

I’m currently trying to do a critical reader of primary sources dealing with Islamist (specifically MB) anti-Semitism, picking 5 or 6 pieces that show the sheer versitility of ‘the eternal Jew’ etc. Yewt they just seem to keep thrown such ‘Gems’ up.

People, People, ikhwān…Let’s just take a break till monday, please. If any of you ZOG-lodons/Ziobio-Mossadians could hold your evil plans of world domination, well poisonings and pretzelised bread not to start them off too, that would be pucka. I have deadlines!!!!

Israel Shamir who is really Adam Ermash and was formerly Jöran Jermas is a swedish-russian antisemite pretending to live in Israel.
He is a close friend of the German Neonazi Horst Mahler and at the same time together with Ilan Pappe on the advisory board of Deir Yassin remembered.
Shamir has told his readers that his whole book “Flowers of Galilee” is going to be published in German in Germany. However even if Shamir is paying for the printing, the editor has not published his book, probably because such hate preaching is against the German law.
In Vienna the leftwing ProMedia (Hannes Hofbauer) did publish the rag in spring 2005 this antisemitic book with a preface of Fritz Edlinger, a man who transports antisemitic texts since 1982.

Well radical Islam with its penchant for entitlement and supremacy means that little emphasis is place on self-controle.

I’ve the impression that radical Muslim males blow their wads mere seconds after insertion.

So great god is!

Karl - for the sake of accuracy, however, is it not generally regarded that ‘Israel Shamir’ did live in Israel for a considerable period of time, was Jewish, did serve in the IDF, etc? IE he isnt simply a swede who woke up one day and thought ‘Its boring here, I think I’ll pretend to be a self hating Jew’.

To be fair, the quote does read quite differently within its full context though surely?

Mr Danger
  2 December 2008, 7:55 pm

Nick why not include the rest of what he said in the Guardian?

Looking back now on those events I will readily acknowledge that we were wrong to have called for the book to be banned. Today I can certainly better appreciate the concerns and fear generated by the images of book-burning in Bradford and the calls for the author to be killed. It seems crazy now, but I really did believe that some committee of learned elders should vet all books before they could be sold to the public.

In the intervening years I have managed to travel to Egypt, Sudan, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey and elsewhere and it is always with a sense of warmth that I return to the UK. Our detractors had been right. The freedom to offend is a necessary freedom. Moreover, Islam has flourished wherever there has been a free atmosphere. I continue to strongly disagree with the way Rushdie caricatured early Islamic heroes of mine, but banning the book was not the answer.

Sarah. The quote is massively out of context and therefore not that useful, except in illuminating the disturbing conclusion to the article:
Still, I will always remember with gratitude taking part in those protests all those years ago and how it drew me closer to my faith. Thanks, Sir Salman.
Clearly, for Bungles, calling for Rushie’s death and book burnings is closer to his faith than not getting involved in that kind of nasty fascist shit. What a nice chap.

“Do you have any proofs of that?”

Look, it was more in the way of a (non-rhetorical) question to Karl. I am hardly a defender of Israel Shamir, who I think is a piece of scum.

But I thought the queries regarding his background, swedishness etc relate to his antics after about 1980. Before that, I thought it was accepted that he was an extreme left wing russian-Israeli living in Israel. As this 1991 expose of him in the Jerusalem post suggests:

“As Israel Shamir (Shmerling), he came to Israel in the late 1960s from Novosibirsk and soon became an extreme leftist. He acquired an excellent command of Hebrew and published many articles in Ha’aretz, Al Hamishmar, and also The Jerusalem Post. He was also a Knesset spokesman for Mapam for some time. At the end of 1980 he published a violent article against Russian nationalism in Ha’aretz, accusing supporters of Solzhenitsyn of being the Jewish people’s worst enemies. What was not known to Mapam and to other Israeli leftists and liberals was that Shamir also had close contacts with the Western and Israeli right. Shamir now lives in Moscow under the name of Robert David; and, under his own name, he now loses no opportunity to claim that Zionists are the worst enemy of the Russian people, and to call Russian liberals Zionist agents”

But if it turns out that he is in fact a Swede, then fair enough. I’m afraid I suspect he’s a Russian Jew by origin, and my reasons for it are ultimately fairly simple (and ones he probably he would hate). Take a look at the guy on wikipedia. I’m a Jew with roots in Kharkov, and I’m telling you - that’s a Russian Jew, not a Swede ;)

More Islamic jokes (who said they have no sense of humor)

Pak TV channel says 26/11 hatched by Hindu Zionists
2 Dec 2008, 2216 hrs IST, Nandita Sengupta, TNN

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/India/Pak_TV_channel_says_2611_hatched_by_Hindu_Zionists/articleshow/3785654.cms

“NEW DELHI: Mumbai’s 26/11 was actually a plan hatched by “Hindu Zionists” and “Western Zionists”, including the Mossad, said a self-styled Pakistan security expert on a Pakistan news television show, uploaded on http://www.hotklix.com.

” Inki shaklein Hinduonwali hain, jis zabaan mein guftagoo kar rahein hain, woh zabaan koi Pakistani istemaal nahin karta hai (They look like Hindus. No Pakistani speaks the language they chatted in),” said Zaid Hamid while referring to the terrorists on the show Mujhe Ikhtilaf Hai (I differ) on Pakistan’s News One channel. The sensationalist channel was launched in November last year.

Hamid said that it was a “badly planned” operation that had gone horribly wrong. “9/11 jo Americans ne kiya tha usko bahut khoobsurat camouflage kiya tha. Unhone media mein perception management bahut acchha kiya . Indians ne wahi game repeat karne ki koshish ki, lekin akal to hai nahin . In ahmakon ne complete disaster kiya isko handle karne mein . (The Americans executed the 9/11 attack perfectly. They managed the media very well. The Indians tried to repeat the formula but goofed up. The idiots made a complete mess of it).

He said that the attackers wore saffron Hindu Zionist bands, which no Muslim would tie. Hamid also said that within the first 5 minutes of the attack, the three ATS policemen investigating the network of terror within India’s security agencies and radical right were killed.

That ensured that those investigations reach a dead end. Anchor Qudsia Qadri added that with their killings, the investigations into the Samjhauta Express carnage would be halted. The killings also immediately shifted attention from India’s domestic terrorists to Pakistan, said Hamid.

Marvi Memon, glamorous Pakistan Muslim League member, on the same programme, was appalled at the Pakistan government’s expansion of the “India-appeasement package” by initially agreeing to send ISI chief to India. “I just don’t get it,” she exclaimed in exasperation.

She wondered how can you send the ISI chief to a ” mulk jiske sath jang chal raha hai …at a different level…,” mentioning Kashmir and accusing India of blocking Pakistan’s waters. Memon said, “They (Indians) are quite obsessed with anti-Pakistan speak and that unites them,” she said. Memon also spoke about India’s separatist movements and believed that India was only reaping the bitter harvest of the poisonous seeds it had sowed.

Blogger daily.pk writes in pakalert.wordpress.com, “India has been relapsing into religious extremism and numerous separatist movement have mushroomed due to official patronage …I see the Mumbai bombings as the desperate move of separatists who want to blame everything on Muslims.”

It’s not only random voices railing against fingers pointing to Pakistan. Blogger and journalist Farrukh Khan Pitafi is miffed. “For years I have been advocating peace between India and Pakistan,” he wrote. But he, too, says that India was out of its mind in naming Pakistan as the source of violence without identification of the perpetrators.

He wrote: “During such a long coverage of the mishap not a single outlet pointed out that Hemant Karkare… was the same man whose dismissal was Narendra Modi’s biggest demand. Or that he was the man on the verge of uncovering the home-grown terror franchise of the Hindu extremists. No channel mentioned Colonel Purohit once during the live telecast, no not even CNN, BBC or CBS. It is sad.” “

ANOTHERHPHYPOCRITE

Not fair.

David T exposes hypocrits where ever he sees them.

It is just a fact that many many Muslim spokesman and functionaries are caught saying (A) to (B) while saying the opposite of (A) to (C). Recorded conversations, sound and sometimes sound and video are great in exposing these duplicities.

Looney Lefties are also exposed by David T.

In fact, any extremists. If only mainstream Muslim organisations would do this too, not necessarily in the public eye but in closed meetings with the ‘double speakers’, in effect cutting off the ‘double speakers’ from corrupting their youth, the UK Muslim communities would not find themselves in the position that they find themselves today.

I would encourage you to take a leaf out of David T’s articles and transpose it to Muslim sites with the intention of cleaning up your act.
