Prosecute the Traitors Working for Propaganda TV!

It is intolerable, is it not, that citizens of this country should be working for propaganda channels run by the governments of hostile foreign nations?

However, expressing our distaste is not enough.

Now is the time for a legal solution. Resources must be devoted to the policing, prosecution and conviction of these traitors.

Let those who seek to betray and undermine the system of government that defines our nation receive their just deserts – in a prison cell.

Sorry – these aren’t my views. They’re the views of  Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi-Shahroudi, the head of Iran’s judiciary.

I also think that it is time for the ‘Lord Haw Haw’ Lite’s who work for a nation that is hostile to the UK and hostile to democracy as well as being bestial to its own people to face some sanction in law.

Personally I’d prefer Galloway et al to be counting the bricks in their cells rather than counting their money from the Iranian govt.

Well, we arrested and hung Lord Haw Haw. But that’s an entirely different kettle of fish.

George Galloway has a moustache. William Joyce was clean shaven.

We’re not actually at “war” yet with Iran.

Also, Churchill wasn’t dumb enough to allow the Reichsender Hamburg to relay their propaganda via Brookmans Park and he didn’t allow them to advertise on the back on London buses.

Nasty enemy of free speech, that Churchill.

We HANGED Lord Haw Haw, not hung him, as you might a painting.

David,

If am sure some of the Galloway sycophant trolls on here will explain why that should not apply to their hero.

What a nauseating bunch – British journalists and politicians serving the IRI in order to have the opportunity to advance their own dubious agendas.

David, you mentioned how these are traitors to Britain? Just as contemptible is the fact their direct complicity with unspeakable acts of repression and brutality committed against my compatriots after June 12th and for 30 years before it.

Is there no shame? Are my people really this alone?

In what way has Iran attempted to undermine anything about the British system? If you’re going to a hysterical fuckwit with an obvious agenda of hate against Iran then please make sure your comparisons stand up.

You boring little inglander.

Faceless –

You seem to forget they were trying to kill one of our leading British authors for many years. They succeeded in killing people associated with publication of his book.

I’d say free speech and the arts are part of the British system.

The fatwa would have been an outrage even if Rushdie was crap, which he is.

Also faceless, it’s indisputable now that the IRI has been behind activities against US and British troops in Iraq.

And I’ll add this: I’m Iranian(-American), and I was offended by your equation of Iran and its current regime – not so by what David T. posted. David is not anti-Iran.

You won’t want to read the thread below, there’s a whole lotta equating of the Iranian people with the government going on. Thanks for the interesting blog by the way, I bookmarked it.
