Omar Bakri Mohammed red faced once again

omar_bakri_mohammed

“Girls these days! What can you do?”

Poor Omar Bakri Mohammed. Last year, The Sun revealed that his daughter Yasmin Fostok is a pole dancer (relevant pictures are available here, for those interested in researching the background to the story). He was understandably furious at the thought of the kuffar eying up his daughter. For illustration purposes, here is what a leering male looks like:

choudary-porn

In the aftermath of the Sun story, Bakri is reported to have instructed his younger daughter Raya to cover herself from head to toe. Now The Sun reports that  ‘Raya has posted a picture of herself on Facebook – without a veil and baring her arms as she holds a cuddly toy’. Pretty shocking stuff.

The Sun report quotes ‘a source close to the family’ as saying: ‘Raya’s pictures on Facebook will make her father explode with rage’.

Which of course would make a change from Bakri encouraging others to blow themselves up.

Is that David with the pornie mag?

It’s Anjem Choudary in his student days, before he swapped cider and spliffs for Jihadist sermons and bigging up Osama bin Laden.

Oh, I know who the leering perv is. It was the perv leering at the mag I was wondering about.

Lookiong at the clear simularity of the upstretched hands in both pics,we conclude that it is Omar Bakri Mohammed.

I think Bakri has changed his religion to Cyber-Islam and he’s worshipping Cyber-Allah coming through the Islamo-Matrix server in Virtual-Mecca via his laptop.

It was the perv leering at the mag I was wondering about.

For all you know his expression was one of academic interest, or of feminist outrage that women should demean themselves in that way.

As for young Raya, most parents would be delighted if their 15 year old girl was showing picturers of herself bare-armed with a cuddly toy instead of showing her tits or throwing up in a gutter.

One can only hope that dad lops her head off with a scimitar to preserve family honor. Then some social workers in the UK will prattle on about how unreasonable that act was while bloggers protest the protesters in a defiant act of upholding Muslim cultural purity.

He should be proud to have such tasty daughters. I hope he doesn’t literally “explode with rage” or if he does its in a controlled environment.

You’ve got to admire the lovely Yasmin’s bravery for standing up to the old tyrant. I don’t think it helps her for HP to try to inflame him with stupid pics of “leering” men. Would you be happy if her dad did “lop her head off”? Maybe some folks around here secretly share his values.

And as for “The Scum” cyber-stalking 15 year olds: my contempt is unbounded. Fuck off and die, Rebekah Wade – you can’t even spell your name right you traitor to humanity!

The stupid pic of a leering man features Bakri’s UK representative Anjem Choudary, in happier days.

Yasmin was tastier before she got those ridiculous implants. Now she just looks like a cheap hooker. No wonder that bearded, sheet-wearing (klan-member perhaps?) psychotic is so pissed off. I’m sure sending some indoctrinted sap to blow himself up at a checkpoint somewhere will make him feel much better.

A better caption for that photo of Bakri Mohammed would be ‘Oy vey!’

There is something creepy, and not right, about posting pictures of a 15 year old girl in The Sun, and adding to whatever complexes and pressures she has to face in her life, if she has to face them at all, not to mention the underlying paedo facebook-stalkerish qualities of it all. She should be allowed to live her life as she pleases, emancipated from her father’s dominion, and just be a normal teenage girl, without the Sun plastering her face on its newspaper to be fodder to wind-up someone who is nasty but is cartoonish, especially when the underlying theme of it all, given the story involving her older sister, was of sexual rebellion. This is just a picture of a 15 uear old girl holding a teddy bear, and it reeks of Lolita prurience. The Sun is a horrible, horrible rag.

Libero
  11 July 2009, 3:38 pm

I mean, really. Her father is an extremist lunatic, so she has enough issues as it is. But like every other teenager in Britain, just wants to lead a normal life, have fun, make friends, find herself, make mistakes, pick herself up. And now she finds that just posting a picture of herself on facebook makes herself fodder for The Sun to plaster on their website and newspaper. Does she deserve that? Talk about hammering a girl who is already trying to find her own way, when she is down. I’m sorry, but The Sun is a vile, vile piece of shit.

Libero
  11 July 2009, 4:01 pm

By placing this in the continuum of her sister’s story, and linking to topless and sexualised semi-naked pictures of her, and then posting a photograph of a pornographic magazine, I think you are placing that girl in a sexual context, the sub-text that the Sun are tittilating the reader with is that this girl who does nothing else than put a picture of herself with a teddy bear on facebook, is part of that continuum. That is totally unfair and egregious not to mention creepy with paedo-stalkerish atmospherics.

The more I think of it the more annoyed it makes me, and the more disturbing I find it. Why can a 15 year old girl not be allowed to live her life without self-consciousness? Do you think this helps her self-esteem or adds to her confusion? Do you think that this helps her trying to live a normal life, given that she has been raised in a repressive environment and now just wants to find herself? Can you imagine the amount of stigmatisation that she is going to feel now? That she can’t be herself, but even when she does the most innocuous thing, posting a picture of herself on facebook, she is fodder for The Sun to have digs at her father? Do you think this adds to her self-esteem and the space she wants to create to carve out her own identity? I’m sorry Edmund, I have to say, I am dissapointed in how you have framed this story. The Sun is a despicable, and vile little rag. Fifteen year old girls eh, what a piece of work they are.

I haven’t seen the pics of his younger daughter and not interested in doing so. She shouldn’t be used as a prop against her father, her father’s words and deeds should be and certainly are enough.

Oh, for goodness sake calm down and lighten up. To anyone who isn’t hypersensitive to supposed subliminal sexualisation or whatever, my post is clearly split into two sections:

First section: Bakri’s (very much adult) pole dancer daughter and a picture of Bakri’s now UK henchman Choudary back in the days when he enjoyed a bit of soft porn and a drink or ten.

Second section: reference to how Bakri’s 15 year old daughter was told to cover herself from head to toe following revelations re older sister but has instead decided to ignore loony Bakri’s command. Joke comment about the fact that a 15 year old girl simply showing her arms is appalling to the likes of Bakri.

Nothing to do with sexualising her at all. Everything to do with the fact that neither of Bakri’s daughters has emerged with their father’s sick ideology. Which is great to hear.

I think this is a disgusting piece of filth on the part of Harry’s Place, and Edmund Standing should be ashamed of himself. She’s fifteen. If you want to be rude to a man, be a man and be rude to him. But dragging a child into it, in a way which is presumably intended to make her relationship with her father worse, is the act of a disgusting coward. Edmund Standing is a coward, and David Taube is a coward for publishing this. Taube is a parent, and should know better. Settle scores with adults, not with children.

Do you think 15 year old girls posting pictures of themselves on facebook are fair game Edmund?

Does your awareness now that a girl has posted a picture on facebook of herself holding a teddy bear therefore proving she does not hold the extreme views as her father justify the probable damage that it has done to her personally as a child, the sense that she might feel paranoid, stigmatised, and fair game by a bullying tabloid?

Do you care for her feelings at all? Do you not feel in the slightest bit wary about this Edmund? Is that such a public interest story that it justifies the damage it could cause a teenage girl personally by using her as fodder for tabloid sensation?

Edmund, do you have a teenage daughter or any nieces around 15 years old? How would you feel about The Sun using their facebook pictures to attack someone that they couldn’t help being related to?

mullah
  11 July 2009, 4:34 pm

Edmund, does your happiness to hear that Bakri’s daughter is 15 years of age and does not wear a veil and posts pictures of herself on facebook hugging a teddy bear really qualify as a piece of news that outweighs the ethics of using an innocent child as fodder to attack someone she has no agency or responsibility being related to?
She can’t help that he is her father, but she can try and live her own life, make her own way, find her own space and identity, and do uttelry innocuous things like posting pictures on a facebook account. Now, it seems, even that route to a normal life has been closed off to her by a most prurient scrutiny.

She’s a 15 year old girl for goodness sake.

No it doesn’t. I think Edmund probably didn’t think it through, and I don’t think he is of that state of mind. But it is creepy, and the impetus is there in the Sun’s story.

By the way, what do you think about 15 year old girls and their facebook accounts being fair game for something they have no help over, that is, being related to someone they didn’t choose to be related to?

KB Player

I do agree with you, Libero. The girl isn’t Peaches Geldof. She should be left alone. She hasn’t sought publicity. This is a bit on par with those Dunblane survivors being filmed getting drunk and arsing around, in fact acting like any kids their age.

And so his youngest daughter appears on facebook sans hijab?

This is known as the “disappearing hijab” phenomenon, in that many muslim girls who wear it in real life, take it off when in cyber world. I guess it’s the only ‘place’ where they can exercise any choice.

Libero
  11 July 2009, 5:17 pm

Thanks KB Player. I have relatives the same age as her and it is really sad and nauseating that the moralising Sun has used her like this. Fifteen is a tough age for all teenagers boy and girl, and its at that age when you become hyper conscious of yourself.

For all we know this girl just wants to live a life and make friends without people knowing who her father is, just wants to live a normal life, and then she gets her face plastered all over The Sun. She must have lived a fairly circumscribed life already and now she wants to experience normal freedoms, and I would wager she needs her self-esteem and confidence boosting, and she doesn’t need to be stigmatised and have the gaze of a giant tabloid newspaper on her, and made to feel stigmatised for something she has no control over, and all for nothing more than a picture of her with a teddy bear, for goodness sake.

My bet is that someone who knows her sold a quote to the Sun and told them about her facebook account, and might have got a few hundred quid for it, so she also knows that people she should trust think of her as a cash machine for tabloid scrutiny. She’s just a child for fucks sake.

Brava Yasmin for showing her beautiful bum to Islamism! Bravo Edmund Standing for puncturing sexual moralism.

Did I understand she was 15 years old? Well I was told umpteen years ago in the sociological department of my PGCE course that adolescents mature much more quickly than they did during my childhood. Yasmin is a fully matured woman.

The Sun may have a lot wrong with it, but why is it a gutter rag for showing us what we all desire? Couldn’t they do some men for a change? Sexism.

Do I have to ask again why sex or sexuality is filthy? Can someone explain why?

Felix, in your excitement you failed to get a grip of the story. The fifteen year old girl is the one pictured holding a teddy bear. It is her older sister, who is an adult, who was working as a lapdancer. Felix, would you like to take a look at the photograph of the daughter Raya and tell us if you think she is a fully matured woman?

As for Edmund, his saving grace is that this information was in the public domain and he did not reproduce it on this blog. When Alex Hilton made his boo-boo, the thrust had been to mock Nadine Dorries’ daughter… there is no such mockery of Raya here.

Do you remember his attempting to launch in Trafalgar Square a thousand black balloons’ exhorting jihad? They were all filled with air and sank to the ground.

There were was also that scene in Rymans or somewhere where he had to wait in line behind some orthodox Jews to photocopy his jihadi leaflets. You should have seen the looks on their faces when Ronson told them who Bakri was.

“Felix, would you like to take a look at the photograph of the daughter Raya and tell us if you think she is a fully matured woman?”

Not really, I’m not interested. But it does not alter the point I was making.

It was sociolgists who established that adolescents mature more quickly than they used to. But we don’t need sociolgists to observe the phenomenon. But, of course, there are variations. One sees 20 year olds who look as though they were 16, and 15 year old boys who are fully grown, mature men.

I was present at a court case in Germany in which a woman had had sex with a minor. The case was dismissed because the boy looked adult, and had in fact done the seducing.

All the filth, sleaze, scum exist in your minds, not in mine. I would rather my pleasurable feelings – what you call sleaze -came out of your woodwork and didn’t remain blocked in it. In fact some of you sound like cesspits of filth.

There have been earlier un-christianised societies in which the notion of sin did not exist. The first missionaries in Hawaii were non-plussed by this and lost no time in beating sin into the heads of the hapless inhabitants.

No, given their father’s loathsome nature and personality, I think that she and her sister are acting out in a massive way which they know will inflict the most shame on their father. I hope that these young women have appropriate protection.
